Hi, Lilyana.

If you want to do a horary chart for a question, the chart needs to be cast for the time you asked the question, rather than the time of the exam [if that is what March 4, 2013 is].

Now you can cast an event for the time of the exam and I believe that the general tenor of the event and, possibly, whether it is a favorable time can be interpreted using electional astrology.

So you might want either to recast your chart for the time you asked it, or move your post to the Electional and Event Astrology forum where some folks there may be able to help you.
