My partner applied for a new job and just had his first interview today. He said it was fine but not sure if he would get the job.
I cast the chart to see if he would get it.

He's L7-Saturn, in retrogression. The job is Mars, ruler of his turned 10th house. Mars's peregrine in his house - does it mean the job's interested in him as well?
Sadly Moon's void and I see no aspect between Saturn and Mars. So his chance of getting this job is slim. Mars will form a square with Sun, ruler of his 7th house. Does that mean maybe the other candidate (his open enemy) will get the job instead? Please let me know what you think. Thank you!
