Yeaaah. Those are way too time consuming and unnecessarily complicated. Western is good enough from someone who is actually good enough. I've tried to understand Hellenistic but it takes way too much time that I barely have and it's just an old method that supposedly works. That doesn't mean new methods dont work in my opinion.
