If planets are in their own house, does it make that planet exalted and even more so if the cusp of the house corresponds to the sign that that planet represents. Like for example if you have neptune in the 12th house in pisces? So what happens when you have an exalted planet, does that mean that any planet in synastry would lead it to be more effective and even higher orbs count than they do if the planet wasn't exalted?
