On March 30th mars leaves Capricorn and enters Aquarius, while Venus is only at 25 taurus. Venus doesn't reach mars.

You are right. I mis-read the degrees. Anyway, would still be interesting to see if comm happens nonetheless given he is in her third and she is in his house.

I don't think it's likely tbh, he's incredibly stubborn of a human and as I mentioned. I'm not in a position to make any effort at this time. Will keep you posted though! Thanks for the help!

Final update: This is a resounding yes and it is being done openly at this point where there is visibility that L7 is stalking. There was also a clear admission of guilt. This is absolutely a yes and it hasn't stopped since this original question was asked, just keeps getting more intense.
