Study fifth house and then 10th house.
These houses can trigger together.
Do not forget to check the status of respective lords of houses.

Re: Which house rules scholarships

Opportunities are the eleventh house. See if there is an aspect or reception or both between the 11th significator and the querent's significator.

Lot of Fortune is involved also. Find the house the lot is in and turn the chart so that one is the first house. Then read the turned chart taking account of the new eleventh house and significator. However, simplicity is the rule do not turn the chart if the radical chart answers the question.
