Fashion, most definitely. Both Leo and Taurus love their creature comforts and finer things in life; Leo more so to experience the comforts of such luxury that they feel they deserve, Taurus for the security and pleasures of them in themselves. Fashion, Entertaining, Makeup/Perfume, host/hostess, retail (even a waitress/restaurant position would suit the both), and nearly any managerial position.
Did you know that Leo is one of the most common signs among government employees and politicians? The status, the potential for spotlight and the feeling of power that comes with it appeals to many Leos. Taurus is also common there.. as governmental positions are classic careers, giving a sense of rootedness and provide plenty of security which they crave.

A Taurus Mars could also swing the construction/painting/agriculture/landscaping/farming/florist/decorating jobs very well... though Leo wouldn't be usually too happy there unless they were in management or working the office setting or social networking scenes.
