Hello Yum,
To attach a file to your message, click on the "Manage attachments" button. Then "upload the file from your computer". When the upload is finished just click the "close this window" button you find at the bottom of the window. The chart will be attached to your message.
If it doesn't work then just post the time date and place when the chart was cast,
