Best time to buy clothes?

I am saving up for a big shopping trip in fall- not sure when the best time to buy the clothes are. I want them to last, keep me happy, and look nice!

I was thinking maybe in October with the sun in Libra. Maybe when the moon is in Taurus. Lots of Venus.
Thought the Taurus would help me to like them for longer.
The date I thought was October 23?

But I really don't know! I might be totally off. Plus the aspects on this day look strange.
So if anyone has any input, let me know!
