In the Santa Ana River encampment they found hundreds of stolen bicycles. With the early release of criminals due to prison and jail overcrowding, they need transportation. Also easier to steal and quickly ride off as the bike can weave in and out of gridlocked traffic. Two of my neighbors had their bikes stolen.

How many vagrants, mentally ill and drug addicts have you taken into your home?

Thought not.

Just because the elites get away with crimes doesn't give everyone else permission to flout the law. That would lead to anarchy which would only hurt the non-elites even more. Use some common sense, please.
