This is my 1st time with horary chart. I have absolutely no idea how to read horary chart. Can someone please help me and tell me is he dead?

First you must put time and coordinates of the town where you ask the question and time zone. Then you must tell us who is he, your friend, your brother, your neighboar?

Thanks! yes, the image I've attached is one where i have put in the time and place.

So, he is represented with Saturn, ruler of his 8th house/death is Mercury, Mercury and Saturn did not have separate aspect, that means he is alive.
