Fourth house in correlation with physiological stuff?

I read somewhere that a person who has no planets in the fourth house is more susceptible to mental illnesses (like depression, anxiety, etc). Is it true?

No. And it doesn't work that way. If that were true ALL people with 4th house planets would have emotional illness.
