I hope that gives a general idea. I've just been trying to figure out the whole meanings of retrogrades in charts, especially mine. I've read up about Karma and Retrogrades and so on and so forth. It's just provoking too much thought and i'm thinking myself into a corner and not really getting anywhere lol.

A friend of mine has my saturn, uranus, neptune, and true node in the same signs/retrogrades on her natal chart. As well as having mercury in retrograde (just in Cancer and she has pluto/scorpio in retrograde whereas my only difference from her is my mars/capricorn retrograde). Is it significant that we met? (In a sence, could this be fated? ) ...Too much to think about.

retrogrades

Ookie,

Retrogrades in a chart indicate that the energy is "turned inward". When young this can cause problems with accessing our energy, but, when we get older, all this concentration on how to use our energy best frequently results in having very strong expressions of energy with the retrograde planets in our chart.

If your friend is close in age to you, it is not surprising that they have the same retrogrades as you.

Retrogradationally,

Tim
