The OP is referring to Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. I think he would be the 7th house and she would be the 1st house.

I found an old column here discussing what sign represented toilets, and down the ways someone said Scorpio rules eliminative body parts.

I think it's interesting how Scorpio rules the 12H in this chart, and Mars is in Pisces, who although rules the EOM house, is in THAT turned 12H. It makes me feel like this was supposed to be secret, but being that Jupiter is in the 4H or its own 1st - now its known.

Also I think Nikola Stojanovic gave an example about the 12H representing bedrooms when he was talking about degree theory. 🤔 Being that Scorpio is there too ...yes.
