Composite love stellium with narcissists

Hi! English is not my first language, could you help me please? I have the composite love stellium with my father (a malignant narcissist), I have it with all my friends of the past who have taken advantage of me (they seems to act like narcisists) and I have it with the boy who crushes me (and who is absolutely an overt narcissist).
Why is it called love stellium if I had only bad experiences?
