Mercury in South Node

I have mercury conjunct the south node/ketu in Cancer in my chart. I was wondering what that means for my Gemini sun and venus, and Virgo ascendant.

Ketu indicates your past life, what you already have learned as a soul, what you feel comfortable with in this life.
To understand how this relates to the rest of your chart, you would have to post the chart.
Insert true node and descending node. Please no asteroids.
Can you do that?

chart is a day chart so Sun, Jupiter and Saturn are of the sect in favor
