7th house (quesited): Aquarius ruled by Uranus

Sun and Uranus aspect is quintile = positive
Moon and Uranus are sextile = positive
Sun and Moon have no relationship = negative
Moon in 7th house = positive
Sun in 7th house = positive
Sun, Moon, and Uranus are all in Angular houses = positive

I don't usually use planets in houses of the querent/quesited, but, I decided to give it a shot. Not sure if it matters much:

Mercury is conjunct with both Sun and Moon. Conjunct with Sun is positive, conjunct with Moon is considered negative.

Lilly says to consider Sun as a general significator for men and Venus for women. As Sun already represents the querent, who is female, we'd disregard that.

Venus and Sun are sem-square = minor negative. Some tension.
Venus and Moon are sextile = positive
Venus and Uranus are trine = positive

I'd say...it's a YES.
