I heard that 29 degree is soo bad.How do you interpret this ? my mc ruler is aquarius (saturn and uranus) or pisces (mercury)

all i know is when there is transit & solar return at 29 degrees in your chart, there will be some major shake up in your life may it be in inner or outer influences..the area it affects will depend on the houses of the planet's location and also if you have any angular degree of 29 in your houses...

important that time of birth is reliable because MC/IC are very time-sensitive and if birth occurred just four minutes later than stated time then MC/IC early degrees of the next sign
