What is the meaning of this?

I stumbled upon a very odd animation from SFM (source filmaker) something that I had never seen done, or even similarly, this seemed like an attempt to introduce astrology in the community, there were weird symbols at the start, can someone tell me what is going on? There are some disturbing moments and odd movements here and there. I am super curious.
