Here is the inception chart for Interocean Management Corporation
first corporate NYS [New York Stock Exchange] filing October 1, 1975.

IMC became TOTE Maritime; owners of ill-fated cargo ship El Faro.
An entity chart lives on - into the future.

El Faro's portents are similar to RMS Titanic's build & launch charts.
It's a most challenging graphic containing profound implications for the
El Faro [Jan. 11, 1974] and the fortune of its crew some forty years later.

Fixed star Skat 07 Pisces figures large in the coming disaster, as we shall see.

On the day of the El Faro Sinking, Oct. 1st 2015, Libra Sun was in
the same degree as the parent Interocean Management Corp.
Filing; Oct. 1st 1975.
IMC natal Sun was also conjunct asteroid Hybris 7 Libra.

Sinking: Exactly Forty Years Later - almost to the hour.
With Oct. 1, 2015 Solar Return came the impetus of IMC's Hybris in Libra;
to commit 'a legal outrage' e.g to file suit vs. the crew's families
to limit damage claims on TOTE Maritime et al.
