Doubtful. Jupiter is entering its detriment. Moon in detriment too. Moon does apply to Mercury the 7th lord but reception is not good. So maybe you will meet someone but soulmate he is not. Perhaps you need to change the idea of a soulmate, they only exist in fairy tales...IMO... Maybe that's what the chart is about, you're expecting a fairy tale romance, unfortunately, the detriments suggest disappointment.
