Gemini Man, Libra Woman Synastry

Hi Everyone!

I'll get right to the point here. I'm dating this Gemini Sun man (with unknown birth time) and our chart comparisons always seem completely paradoxical. We are supposed to be able to communicate with total ease but at the same time not be able to talk at all; which does make sense, honestly.

It would be easier to interpret if you posted a synastry chart--as the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Just looking at your individual charts, I can see a general basis for misunderstandings. Although he's a Gemini, he has 3 personal planets in water signs, where you have none. Perhaps there is a mismatch in the way you internalize the outside world, you intellectually and him more emotionally.

I see some very compelling aspects in your synastry: moon conj NN, Venus trine Pluto, Venus trine mars, Venus conj DSC. All of these would indicate a strong connection, but don't really promise mutual understanding. His sun and moon are both aspecting your NN, it seems you were destined to meet him. Be open to the lesson that you are being taught by your relationship with him.

Edit: I wanted to add that we do have the feeling of having known each other forever. We've only been in each others' lives for 7 months, but it feels infinitely longer.

We have serious issues communicating and virtually never seem to be on the same page. We have separated and come back together repeatedly - which is something I have never done in relationships. It just seems as though we are supposed to be together; we can't stop thinking about each other when we're apart.

He is younger than me and so is therefore hesitant to enter a relationship (as if the Gemini sun and Cancer Venus help...) so we're considering starting with an open relationship so that he doesn't feel too stifled.
