Best testing time for state board exam?

My husband just completed his college course in pharmacy technology and has to schedule a time and date for his state board exam. He is looking at a window from 04/16/10 through 04/21/10. I've attached his natal chart, but am too new at interpretations and this is too important for a novice like me to make a decision on - I'd be guessing. Please help if you can. I have attached his chart (with his permission).
