Event or first meeting Chart

Trying to figure out how to read on event chart/ first meeting chart. Any help is appreciated.

If the map is the first romantic appointment, you look at the 1th- 7th relationship, and their rulers.
Venus, which is the natural planet of the relationships of love and enjoyment (what aspect does and where it is (house) and of course not to be retro), then definitely you have to see the Moon what her aspects. We dont want a Moon VOID.
You look Mars and Venus, are natural attraction points.
there are many other things but you can have at list a start.

of course a selective map is not so simple and should be combined with birthday chart. Wants a lot of work and study.
