Can an opposition aspect bring about an event ?

.....Or will it tear something apart, and not bring it about ?

In a recent horary i have co-sig moon applying to oppose another significator jupiter, with jupiter in the 8th and moon in the opposite 8th... the orb is of 10 degrees, so they are in orb to perfect..... then the moon will straight after the opposition trine with mercury, mercury being in the 12th.

Just not sure on this opposition and how to take it ?

The two planets are telling you their energy's to bring the thing about disagree and are in opposing argument for the project or subject matters they represent pertaining to the question of querent, to be successful. The trine to Mercury speaks of understanding to this statement, Mercury either being the catalyst energizing force to use to bring it about other than the two mediums in the energy. (planets) The key to solve the situation must be thought provoked. Or whatever it is Mercury speaks of to represent the charts success.

Mercury usually = craft/cunning/intelligence/a young disposed person in thinking. In other words he/she (Mercury is androgynous) must fit in as supplement as qualifier to the opposing forces, i.e.; a better go after separation, values-being the tangible resource. TOL is modified or mitigated irrespective of the opposition in this way.
