recently the us called for renewed negotiatons in july with the node in the 13th degee of scorpio.
today renewed violence has called ff the conference with the node at the 11th degree of scorpio.

following this timiing ,it seems the date of the next war is on schedule based on the nodal return degrees.

following my timeline, on april 1 1939 ,japan occupied the spratlys islands.the nodal position being 8 scorpio 41.

this conflict with china is currently ongoing,so these tensions will blow up in september 2013 when the node returns to 8 scorpio 41 on september 16 2013 .
as the us is an ally of japan, this may be the time that the conforntation will china begins.
