Am I going to get a good result with my visa soon?

Hi,

I have submitted the visa application last September 29, 2017 at 14:40 UTC +8 Philippine Time.

I am quite nervous. I may know the result this week or most probably next week.
What do you think,
Am I going to get a good result with my visa soon?

Visa L9 is in fall and receives you by fall, no aspects being made either. Merc L7 relocation is combust and weak, and when moon moves into Aries sun/merc will be opposed by moon.

Also saturn in 1st and out of sect is not good.

So this could be a rejection.

Once again like I read your other chart, sorry but I do not see a yes with this either.

If this is the 3d or 4th chart then I am not sure that the chart is saying the truth anymore, as the universe does that when we keep asking it the same thing over and over again.
