Welcome to the forum.
If you feel an identity crisis coming on now, it's not surprising. Transiting Uranus (which rules either liberation or disruption of the status quo) and Pluto (the kind of deep, profound change that may cause you to question how you've put your life together) are currently pinging on your sun (sense of self, identity.) Although it is typical for college students to undergo an identity crisis as they make the leap into adulthood, it can happen to us at other times of life.
This would be a good time to let go of any worn-out or self-defeating beliefs about who you are. This process can be scary, but clinging to past-based beliefs will only make it more difficult. A good story to visualize now is the phoenix. Or think of seasons in cold climates, where vegetation dies back in the fall, is moribund in winter, then comes back in the spring. The old plants die off so that new ones can flourish in their space.
Just for example, your chart suggests some mother trouble, so if this is the case, it would be good to let go of your family past so that you can move into the future with more confidence.
In your chart, you have Mars retrograde, so all of your instinctual assertiveness and aggression tends to get turned inward. You may feel very hard on yourself. You may feel as though your efforts to initiate plans for the future seem like a good idea at the moment, but then subsequently leave you feeling confused or uncertain about them (Mars opposite Neptune.) Mars has an ambivalent relationship with the ruler (Mercury) of your 11th house of your hopes and wishes for the future, and also of friends. So it may be hard for you to feel that your friends are truly committed to you. They may be completely loyal-- or not-- but the point is that it can be hard for you to gain a sense of grounded reality about them.
It's a little hard to suggest a vocation because your MC (cusp of your 10th house of career) is at 0 degrees of its sign. If you were actually born just a few minutes off, your MC might be in Aries instead of Taurus. However, I note that you have a lot of planets in Capricorn and Aquarius. Both are ruled by Saturn. (With Aquarius, Saturn is the traditional ruler and Uranus is the modern ruler.) Saturn is especially strong in your chart, being in the sign that it rules.
Saturn can show where we feel frustrated and disappointed, but it also shows where patience and persistence can pay off. With Saturn in or ruling the 7th house, you may experience delays in finding a spouse or life partner. Alternatively it can mean a relationship with an older person (Saturn rules old age) or one whose personality seems exceptionally mature. Nevertheless, with your moon, Venus and an asteroid called Juno in your 7th house, the idea of being in a solid relationship is very important to you. So just give it time.
People with a strong Aquarius-Capricorn focus often do well as scientists, IT specialists, and engineers. The 7th house is also associated with other one-on-one relationships such as one's enemy, so it rules litigation and lawsuits. Perhaps a legal career would appeal to you. It can also deal with counseling or tutoring, and Aquarius rules psychologists.
Your sun is located in the 6th house, which rules both the principle of service and health. You might find your vocation in a health-related field. This doesn't necessarily mean hands-on patient care: it could mean medical research, hospital administration, or designing medical equipment.
Please note that each planet, sign, and house has multiple interpretations. I've suggested only a few.
