Dominant planets in my chart?

Hey all, I'm still new to astrology and I'm trying to learn more about it and my chart. I was wondering if you guys could help me out in figuring out the dominant planets in my chart?

So, would this mean my dominate planets are probably Mercury - Pluto - Saturn? And dominate elements as Earth and Water?

Very helpful post, thanks a bunch.

What surprised me most was the Sun at number 3 and Aquarius at number 3, as well as Air being my second most element. Do you know by chance why that is?

Well,
You have three planets, one angle (IC) and one node in air signs. You have three planets in air houses, one of those planets (a personal planet, Mars) is also in an air sign at the same time. (Libra).
Aquarius is strong because the sun is in your tenth house, making that your strongest house, and your tenth house ruler is Saturn, who's found in Aquarius, (Saturn also co-rules Aquarius with Uranus, so it's in strong placement when found here) also the IC is in Aqurius. The 11th house is ruled by Aquarius, which is the air house your mars is found in, in an air sign.
Sun has the third highest rate of aspects, (actually Mars does, but since Mars is in detriment in Libra it loses points, so to speak), sun is also automatically stronger in charts since it's the centre of your personality, and all other planets revolve around it.

Sometimes it's hard to grasp at first (it was and still is for me) but it's also based on strength and orb of aspects: air sign rulers/air house rulers and air planets make some if the closest orb aspects you have :)

Redo the chart with sidereal system (Fagan/Bradley) you will be enlightened further. Saturn being the most dominant will still be in Aquarius, but others will change sign. :)
