The Left, the Democrats, frequently accuse all others of ignoring science or opposing science, though time and time again it is they who do so.
Science is very clear and very staunch about the long-established scientific evidence that there are two genders among humans.
Gender identity means what gender one has chosen to pose as--to pretend. The new so-called "Equality Act" says nothing about individuals who suffer from gender dysphoria. It is a bill to limit constitutional freedom in order to cater to those who pretend to be a gender other than the one they were born with. It is easy, using scientific methods, to determine which gender you were born as. They have the right to act up and demonstrate, but they should not have the "right" to enter the bathroom with your young daughter. It obliterates protections long accorded to the female gender. It is all about destroying constitutional freedoms in favor of a special interest group. It is insane.
The "Equality Act" is named that way so that Leftists can accuse opponents of being anti-equality. It is the same silly distortion of speech that was central to the novel "Animal Farm" which lampooned communism's corrupt terminology. As an example, "All are equal, but some are more equal than others."
