Which planet traditionally rules nematocysts?

I'm curious what planet rules flagellum? It does come from latin/whip. But these are two different things so I would go against Saturn. It is a defensive mechanism, so I'm leaning towards Mars.

What are cnidarians ruled by? Seems like all creatures of the sea are ruled by the Moon by default, if they are counted as "fish." Birds are members of the air element, and fish of water...etc.

re: Which planet traditionally rules nematocysts

Nematocysts
or
cnidocysts
represent the common feature of all cnidarians.
They are large organelles
produced from the Golgi apparatus
as a secretory product
within a specialized cell
the nematocyte
or
cnidocyte.
A cnidocyte is an explosive cell
containing one giant secretory organelle
called a cnidocyst
that can deliver a sting to other organisms.
The presence of this cell defines the phylum Cnidaria.

Cnidae are used to capture prey
and as a defense against predator
Nematocysts are predominantly used for prey capture
and defense
but also for locomotion.

MARS is BURNING
