Wanted to know the marriage prospects for the native below
Date of birth: 10th feb 1992
Birth place: Greenwich, London, UK.
time of birth: 14:59:00
Cancer ascendant, Moon in Bharani nakshatra. I am trying to figure the possible marriage timings for this native. The 7th Lord Saturn is in 7th House of Capricorn sign. The Saturn will transit in Capricorn in January 2020 and Saturn-Jupiter double transit will occur in 2020-2021 as well. The Vimshottari dasha will be Moon/Saturn. So, I think this may be the right time for the native to get married. However, I am confused with another rule that I read online. This is about the maturity age of the planets. For Saturn, the maturity age is 35-36 years. So, I have read that if Saturn is directly affecting the 7th house, then marriage is possible only after 35 or 36 years of age. But, I do not see the promise of marriage either through dasha or transit during that period.
I would appreciate if someone could help clarify this confusion.
