Anyways, Venus is literally in the 15th degree of the sign-right in the center. Goldstein-Jacobson places significance to the 15h degree, stating ...midway of a Fixed sign...he will probably stay put or stand pat in the matter...

I'm keeping the possibility open for a change in circumstances, which will happen to him come September (new school etc)

YOU need to look at my SR for this year sir ;)

As you can see it's extremely favorable for Romance, like CP stated in another thread.
