The 12th and 2nd houses are about sight and risk of blindness, the 2nd is ruled by Taurus and it rules the eyes, and aspects with the 12th about nearsightedness.

Afflictions to the luminaries aka Sun and/or Moon
are likely
to have involvement
because it is by virtue of light that we are able to see at all.
If blindness affects one eye
then the right eye in males
is said to be embodied by the Sun
and the left the Moon
for females it is the other way around.

There are several fixed stars
such as Andromeda nebula Ari27,
Capulus Tau24
The Pleiades Tau29
The Hyades Gem5
Ensis Gem23
Prasepe Leo7
Copula Vir25
Foramen Lib22
Aculeus Sag25
Acumen Sag28
Spiculum Cap0
Facies Cap8
and Manubrium Cap14

said to be associated with blindness
and deficiencies of sight

The sixth house and it's ruler
are linked to all that does not function well physically.
Libra may also play a role in blindness through rulership of the kidneys.
Diabetes Mellitus, "...a Libra disorder..." may affect the eyesight.
