My brother in law did his MBA in IIM, but still couldn't get into to a job he desires. Can experts please comment on when he will get one.His birth details are:

October 31, 1981

Does current job involve any travelling???
His mind might not be steady onto sticking for a particular job long time......
Must have recently relocated himself.......

Anything relating to IT/ communication field will be a good one. Good communicator - he can use that in his profession.

Things will ease up by this year end.......

2023 Feb would be the time to have a very good high earning job.

Currently running Venus-Mercury VMD until 2021 Dec 5th. Mercury supports for job with moon in his star but in 12 and has influence from Saturn who is also the 4th lord. so it will not be his desired job but could be a bit less than his desired one with breaks. He will get into job from 2020 February 16th.

In July 2020 and Feb. 2021 are high chances, that he will get a job. Csl 6 is Mercury, which Star Lord Mars occupies the 10th. Both Mercury and Jupiter signify the houses 6,10,2 but are sitting in the 12th house with Saturn. Mars in the 10th is also owner of the 2nd and 8th. Moon is L 10 in the 2nd. Seems he is not necessarily made for employee relationships, rather self-employment.
