My question is how much of a problem is a significator in the 12th house when other factors are strong?

PoF in 10th 8 degrees cancer
Mercury in 12th in Virgo
Moon will sextile Sun in Leo in 12th - 6 degrees applying
Significator for Self and career is same - good
Mercury in Virgo - strong candidate
Moon in 10th - good, 'at hand'
Significator in 12th - not going to happen?
