Should we go to Europe with kids now or later?

Greetings all;

I posted a similar question some time ago, but now it has changed. We are considering a trip to Europe with small children, and now the question is should we do it sooner, or a bit later? I know it is better not to ask a either/or question, but I need to know if we should wait. There is an important reason why we have to be at home in mid. Aug, so we can either go before or after that date. Any feedback is appreciated!

Anyone, I need some help with this one? It looks like our trip is getting delayed but I wonder if we should go at all and how to judge from the horoscope the timing and whether it is a good idea to take our kids on this very strenuous trip.
