Delay in sister marriage.Please help

Hello, My parents & my sister is facing difficulty for marriage. We are not getting any proposal & if we get then also talks are never comes to conclusion.
The details are :-
DOB :- 19-April-1983
Time - 11:40 AM(Morning)
Place - Thane,Mumbai,Maharashtra
Please help us.

Jupiter owns the seventh house. It is placed in the sixth in a constellation of Saturn. The sixth is twelfth to the seventh. This is the reason for delay in marriage and obstructions. This is in fact a sign of no marriage.
Natal Saturn and Mars are in opposition. The conjunction of Mars and the Sun again shows serious indication of no marriage.

I see the following reasons for delay in Marriage:

1. 11th house is filled with 3 planets, of which 1st house lord Mercury and 11th house lord Mars are there.

2. Saturn's 3rd aspect is on 7th house owned by Jupiter. Until Dec 2016, transit Saturn is touching Natal Jupiter creating hurdles/disappointments. From Jan 2017, transit Saturn will be in 7th house indicating further complications.

3. When looked from Venus, Mars is in 12th house and if the native is a female, then it is treated as Kuja Dosha resulting in "lack of marital happiness".

Overall, in my opinion, the chances are MINIMAL before 2017-11.
