what is making action so difficult for me?

I know without a doubt that some type of creative artistic persuit is what I am destined to do, seeing as I pick up musical and visual art skills very easily. But my issue is that of never having enough inspiration and drive to focus on one particular thing and follow through. I'm a very cerebral person, constantly thinking and analyzing and imagining. Which works great for me when I have decided I want something specifically, since I almost always can easily get it with minimal effort. I read this may be due to my Taurus moon? Either way, I think my Gemini mars really messes with my ability to actually decide and commit to doing something specific So my conundrum is, when I know specifically what I want, I can easily get it, but I can never decide what I want, especially when it come to something that requires me to take action.
Is there anything in my chart that could enlighten me to a possible solution?

you do have a very creative chart.
I think you problems wit decisions is because mercury is oppose to the Uranus/Neptune conjunction. this gives you inspiration and vision and the ability to create or manifest your visions in a concrete from. the problem is as you have already stated...Uranus and Neptune are in some ways opposite, Uranus is out front but Neptune is reflective. the affect is you se and feel both sides of the issues and therefore have a difficult time choosing one over the other. but the mercury opposition gives you both mental and tactile creativity.
you have a kite formation made up of a grand trine with the sextile to mercury.
moon trine to venus gives you grave and a loving nature. with moon conjunct the south node, you intuitions are always correct and your aesthetic nature is strengthened.

you mars square to Saturn shows your troubles with taking initiative and it will subject you to periods of advancement followed by times of constriction. The midpoint of this loose square is square to your sun/mercury midpoint which is why even with great inspiration, you sometimes find it hard to get moving.

Thank you very much Rahu!! That is very helpful. Work has always been easiest when I'm working around or with others- although, yes, my loner nature makes it very hard for me to WANT to work with anyone, or ever leave the house for that matter. So I will take that to heart and push myself to create a social setting to work in.
