Feeling myself amorous during Valentines day and im wondering if him is also thinking of me? Maybe because sun is conjucting mercury? But maybe not as there is also square between merc and jup?

Hmm okay, well the reason i asked is because jupiters antiscia is @ 7,33' Aquarius which moons just passed in your 5th, so if you and him had something in your past, then yes it seems like you could have crossed his mind today.
