Hi,

If you don't post a specific Q with your chart, you won't really get answers. You have to let people know whether you want to know about your career, or love life or whatever. Nobody has the time really to read the whole chart for you.

Here's my chart:

Hello Alimal,

your chart and current transits on your natal planets - look like a new start in your life -as transiting pluto sextiles your mars as your rising ruler. And like having difficulties in your relationship. Transiting saturn squares your venus as ruler of your relationship until end of the year.

But venus also rules your 2nd house - house of financial income - you might experience this transit as less money income or a change in this subject.

Are you in a relationship ?

No, I'm not in a relationship. It is nice to hear your thoughts, though. It definitely does seem like a new start in my life, a hundred percent.

Sorry for not being specific, I find it hard to be specify at this point in life. I'm currently on quarentine (like most people), planning to learn programming, while on this break from school - first year into Law university.

My mental has been through a lot in the past two years. I seem to be reborn in this Spring equinox, as in the last one. Although it feels more like a Freudian 'regression', with a lot of learning I'm grateful to take forward.

Thanks for your response.

Any topics would be welcome: transits, career, relationships, trivial matters, spirituality, etc.

.
reliability of time of natal is important

and in this particular case
Mercury would have been below the eastern horizon
if the chart were timed only FOUR MINUTES EARLIER

That's the exact time my birth certificate says, but I guess one can never be so sure about those things.

Anyhow, what does it mean for my Natal Chart if Mercury is below the eastern horizon? Is it important?

Birth certificate times
are noted after the event, usually after much time has passed
and so
are requently based on memory

Exactly

REGARDING MERCURYS LOCATION RELATIVE TO HORIZON OF ANY NATAL CHART

The diurnal planets are happier
if they are above the horizon in a day chart
and below the horizon in a night chart.
Likewise, nocturnal planets are happier
if they are above the horizon in a night chart
and below the horizon in a day chart.

This is not really a condition of sect
—it does not define sect in any way
and is only a way to further determine
the strength
or mood
of any particular planet.
And is only adding or subtracting mildly from the planet
thus

because Mercury as a morning star is of the diurnal sect
whether or not that sect is in favour
and Mercury as a morning star is the Sun’s co-sectarian
along with Saturn and Jupiter
and because Mercury as an evening star is of the nocturnal sect
whether or not that sect is in favour
and Mercury as an evening star is the Moon’s co-sectarian
along with Venus and Mars
then Mercurys delineation alters
dependent on whether Mercury is above or below natal horizon
