Do either one of you live in a northern climate? I say that because Saturn in Capricorn says to me snowstorm or some delay of weather. Additionally, Uranus could pose something unplanned.

If you were to meet in a southern climate, you'd think that would be an alternative, but you still might get stuck. One thing to note is that (from my observation) weather is always worse during Mercury Retrograde-- but that only lasts till Dec 6th this year.

Yes he will.

Moon trine his L3 venus, which venus exalts, around 3 degrees this aspect perfects which would equal 3 months away.

Oh i would have said mercury is transfering light from sun to saturn. How come this is prohibition and not TOL? *little bit confused*
