(Following is not in accordance with standard horary practice and uses whole sign house format)
I'll use HIS Lot of Desire and (romantic) Attraction (HIS "ascendant", ie, cusp of the 7th whole sign house + cusp of the 5th house from the 7th - ruler of the 5th house from the 7th) to estimate an answer to this question:
-he (boyfriend) = 7th house = Aquarius = Saturn
-his Lot of Desire and (romantic) Attraction falls @ 2 Libra
-he (Saturn) flows away from the Lot = - testimony
-lord of the 5th from the 7th house (ie the house suggestive of a possible new romantic interest) = Mercury: Mercury flows away from the Lot (and also from his significator Saturn) = - testimony
-dispositor of the Lot is Venus: Venus flows away from the Lot (and also from his significator Saturn) = - testimony
...based on the above testimonies, the answer to this question is "no"...
