Interpretation of natal Sun conjunct Neptune?

Aside from what I've found to be the general consensus on Neptune adding a murky aura to whatever it touches and being connected to the father figure's (Sun's) absence, what else do you think this aspect means?

I have Sun conjunct Neptune in my natal chart. My Father was not absent, although my parents did divorce. But my father was quite active in our lives.

I am not sure Neptune was murky in my aura. I think it was both a positive and a negative, at various times in my life. It did add a dose of confusion at times, added extra years on my college life as I kept changing majors, etc. :whistling:

But it also kept me connected to spirituality and metaphysical realms, as I journeyed on. :innocent:
