Mars, transit North Node, Neptune semi-square Loop

Thank you for reading this thread. I would like to get some objective insights from members as I am reading my own chart.

I have been having on and off sharp pain inside the left pelvic and top of my left foot but never was too concerning, it started about June/July this year, before only regular back pain never bother me much.

Since about 16th August, I have been having increased intermittent lower back pain, lower calf, left heel pain, the lower back pain seem to get longer and longer duration and I had to lay down most of the time.

I took 5 days off work and have been taking medication but not seem to work. Hot water from shower and heat pad seem to help to relieve pain temporary.

The pain has always been only on the left side from lower back down. CT lumbar scan showed:

"L4 and L5 convex posterior disc margin noted indenting slightly onto the anterior aspect of the thecal sac. No distortion of the thecal sac or nerve roots is identified. The L5 nerve roots within the canal may be slightly indented upon but no distortion noted."

So there is a slight problem but not significant to be the cause of my pain from the medical point of view. I would like to know what might be the actual cause of pain. It has got worsen since about 16th August.

In the progressed and transit chart, Saturn is making semisquare to my Mars, then will semisquare Neptune which is Mars square Neptune in natal.

At the moment the transit North node is already exact semisquare both of my natal Mars and Neptune, which triggered a semi-square loop of Mars, North Node and Neptune. Clearly this is an unusual kind unknown problem as it involved Neptune, it also meaning either Weakening of or Excessive of.

Sagittarius ruling Hip and Thigh. Scoprio ruling reproductive and pelvic region, Mars ruling inflammation, blood in general, Saturn ruling bones. This is together, an exacerbation (north node) of frustrated, chronic (Saturn) inflammation (Mars) of unknown cause (Neptune) possibly related to these signs Virgo (Mars), Scorpio (Saturn), Sagittarius (Neptune).

By 16th September 2013 (My actual Saturn Return Day), transiting Saturn in Scorpio will conjunct transit North Node to form exact semi square to natal Mars and Neptune along with transit Venus. I am almost certain with the current trend it would be about my physical health.

I have got the referral letter for Neurospine Clinic. I am not sure when will I get the appointment yet. My own GP is very unreliable and I don't trust him. The CT lumbar was ordered by an Orthopedic specialist after physical examination. My own GP don't even bother to check my nerve reflex.

I would be very grateful if anyone can offer any insight on this.

Thank you very much!

The progressed chart also showed on the 8th September 2013, Progressed Moon will exactly conjunct natal Lilith in my 6th house.

In natal Moon semi-sextil Lilith. Progressed Moon and Progressed Lilith are within orb for conjunction.

Both Mars and Neptune rules immune system and both rule blood, Neptune tend to weaken the blood and cause toxicity on blood or lymph.

In the Progressed chart, Progressed Saturn also in close semi-square aspect to natal Mars and Venus. I am unsure the orbs for progressed chart for prediction. Hopeful someone will give me some idea in particular on Medical astrology.

It is certain to be some kind of physical suffering but to cut into details, I don't have advanced understanding or study on this area.

I may have missed it but, have you looked at your natal information ... such as the transiting Saturn hitting your natal Saturn, Sun, and Mercury over the next 6 to 8 months ....

I just read an article talked about this the follow. As I mentioned my first Saturn Return will happen to conjunct the North node the eclipse degrees that will be 15-16th September 2013.

"The dates that planets transit eclipse degrees may be more important than the date of the eclipse itself. Progressed or directed planets that contact the eclipse degree are known to produce profound effects."

Here is the reference very good read. It also talked about mundane prediction with solar eclipse.
http://stargazersjournal.com/blog/articles-2/are-you-eclipsed-v-2-0/

I realized the upcoming 3rd November 2013 Solar Eclipse will be conjunction with my Progressed Saturn. So again another Saturn touch...

3rd Novermber 2013 Solar Return is 11 degrees 16 mins Scorpio, my progressed Saturn on that day will be 11 degrees 55 mins Scorpio.

According to Brady, New Moon=Venus, Node=New Moon/Mars, Pluto= Mars/Node

An eclipse family of large, ambitious groups projects, separation or the breaking of a bond that already exists, but then as joint achievement.

After I sort the September out then I will sort the November one out:surprised:

Yes I am looking into it. My natal planets are all very close together, and since last year the Scorpio series Solar and Lunar Eclipse started, not been my best self especially in regard to health. Last time when Saturn were transiting on my natal planets that was my early childhood till pretty much late teenage years, very very miserable time of my life.

I also noticed the 23rd October, 2014 Solar Eclipse on my natal Pluto. It will bring incredible change of life structure. Pluto is slow moving planet so many people born in my year with Sun & Planet in Scorpio will experience it based on where their Pluto and Scorpio planets are.

As I mentioned, the Saturn transits are important (these are going to happen every 28 to 30 years) especially with the symptoms that you have (structure = back/bones). Maybe rather than getting too detailed into the Progressions at this time, stick with the transits and fully detail what Saturn is doing over the next year along with the other planets when Saturn is making an angle. Sometimes bringing in too much extra information is worse than none at all.

Very true. I always go information overload first then put the puzzles together.

The utmost most concerning timing is the Saturn Return date also conjunct the transiting North node. Saturn in natal rules my Moon in Capricorn.

In medical astrology, Moon rules emotions, skin, body fluid, bone marrow, the reproductive organs, breast etc too many things so hard to pin point. It could very well be my Mother. :sideways:It could be anything lol.

The closest possibility is something to do with the bone.

Hi Poyi,
I've spent a while looking at the natal/progressed chart you provided.

As you must be aware physical complaints do not arise overnight. They take a while to surface, invariably when the physical body says 'ow, it hurts there' and one is able to point to the place of pain. When using medical astrology, there is usually a correlation between mental/emotional 'pain' and a physical complaint.

From your original post, it sounded as if you could be suffering from a bout of sciatica, which can occur when a nerve in the pelvic/hip region is pinched. It isn't necessarily a life-long problem but it CAN send spasms of excrutiating pain shooting down the legs during the period it is physically active.

You also mentioned the sacral sac and the L4 and L.5 vertebrae.

The pelvic region is ruled by Sagittarius,
the spinal chord falls along the Leo-Aquarius axis, with each vertebrae under a specific rulership,
the sacrum areafalls under Sagittarius,
from what I have read, the sacral sac containing the spinal fluid is actually unprotected. Moon rules all fluid in the body.
The calves and ankles fall under Aquarius; the feet under Pisces.
The nervous system is ruled by Gemini.

Do you notice the correlations in your chart?

Mercury is also ruler Virgo Ascendant, pin-pointing physical discomfort,
Aquarius is on the 6th house cusp, ruled by either Saturn or Uranus according to one's preference OR, as I am beginning to ponder, possibly both! (I have the same house cusps as yourself!),
Uranus is in Sagittarius conjunct Jupiter, ruler Sagittarius,
Chiron (inner pain) is in Gemini.
Natal Chiron opposes Uranus (neuropain).

I work with the astrological point Black Moon Lilith, the MEAN position of which is proving to be strongly associated with the surfacing of physical complaints. Is it coincidence that is in Aquarius in the 6th house, forming an inconjunct/quincunx with a 1st house Mars square Neptune, and a square to Mercury, ruler Ascendant?

Using Solar arc directions (each planet is directed at same rate as progressed Sun), everything has moved about 30 degrees from its natal position, making it easy to calculate where each planet is now situated.

Is it again co-incidence that:
Solar Arc Moon AND sec.progressed Moon are conjunct natal Black Moon in Aquarius? Is there something regarding a 'lack of personal freedom' that is getting to you?
S.A. Mercury in Sagittarius square Mars, to which there was a transiting Jupiter-MEAN Black Moon Lilith in Gemini during June.
S.A. Saturn conjunct natal Uranus in Sagittarius,
S.A.Neptune conjunct natal Moon,
S.A. Pluto opposes natal Chiron.

I also wonder how S.A. Chiron square natal Venus has any bearing on events.
Libra rules the lumbar region. There is a semi-square between natal Sun and Venus.

In the secondary progressions, S.P Mercury is under influence of transiting Pluto. Capricorn can turn unresolved issues into chronic complaints. It could be a good time to begin to 'think differently' about mental patterns you have had, so that neurological complaints do not take permanent hold.

You will notice that sec.progressed Sun is not involved. Sun is 'the backbone'
in one's body, as well as nature. Unused energy has a way of turning inwards into the physical body.

The pieces of the puzzle towards what has become a physical complaint are there to be resolved. They just need to be regarded differently to get a full pictuere from another perspective:wink:

Wow thank you so much for your time and patience on reading my charts.

What you said to me I can relate to what I saw as well. I am not too certain as reading your own charts can really be reading too much into it and interpret more toward negative perspective.

You might like to check out the horary question that I asked dr Farr and Anoop had offered some insights from the horary point of views. I also discovered that the Venus Return in mid August since to be relevant to my increase symptoms. I posted my Venus Return with the Horary.

In Horary section, under medical section,

"What causes my symptoms?"

And another as

"When will I get the answers of my illness?"

Thank you very very much! I woke up in the middle of the night not sure if I should go to work in the afternoon. :( I stayed home for 7 days, on the 8th days I got out yesterday and every step I walked I have got mild sharp pain. Not painful enough to walk but scary enough to think what is going on....

I will update new information later in this thread.

I went to see doctor in ED as my GP was reluctant to explain the situation well and he was on the phone when he was seeing me. It was just ridiculous.

Anyhow, the review by the ED doctor was that there is no physical damage to the nerve or spinal disc. And people can still experience sciatica pain without evidence of damage. Pain control is the only management rather the pain will go away, there won't be certainty and base on the individual.

I am feeling better today so will try to return work tomorrow and see how thing go.

Thank you for all of you for helping out when I was worrying at home:innocent:

I just got back seeing the Specialist. Is Sciatica pain as before. He said nothing majorly abnormal with my spine and no surgery is needed. I should try come neuropathic analgesia and anti depressants to decrease pain sensitivity by increase the serotonin level. Physiotherapy will help to ease a lot of pain and prevent future risk of injury. So is Pills and Exercise:pinched:.

The Saturn return transiting in 2nd house didn't have direct relation to my health itself. But surely cost me a lot of money for scans, specialist, medications and physiotherapy:annoyed:
