Is it considered worst to be born in Janmastami...?? because it falls under 8th lunar day(ashtami, inauspicious) with Krishna Paksha (dark half of the moon, inauspicious) + waning moon (inauspicious)...???

Means, How important are the tithis while judging a horoscope of an individual?? How important are the phases of moon? [Krishna Paksha and Shukla Paksha] + waxing and waning moons...

I doubt very much it would be since Lord Krishna was actually in fact born on the day. Remember aspects to the Moon and the Nakshatra Lord would determine such factors amongst a great many others.
