OP got their Visa quite soon after casting the chart, the only way i'm seeing this in the chart is from saturn's antiscion @ 19'17 pisces, where moon very shortly after conjuncts.

But what is saturn ? Saturn is in the 3rd house of documents, which would have been delays.

In a Visa chart we look at L9 foreign country, L5 ambassador (?), L7 next location.

On skyscript i read someone using 11th from 9th- radical 7th for..."A visa is a document issued by the government of a foreign country. So it is the turned 11th from the 9th = radical 7." and in this chart this would make it saturn ? But i personally don't understand the "11th from 9th".

Saturn rx in 3rd then and moon next conjuncting its antiscion, was also as well as last aspect to merc and the late asc, saying its been delayed but will be arriving very shortly which it did.

So saturn in 3rd was only showing delay here nothing else...ok.
