I don't think I've heard of her before. This song is very nice.

We seem to have a lot of the same musical interests. I rarely see anyone mention Kristin Hersh, or even Throwing Muses.

This album was the first time I realized that people's synesthetic perceptions can be similar. I didn't really believe what I was experiencing was "synesthesia", because it's what listening to music was always like -- a journey, and nobody else around me reinforced that they don't experience music like I do. However, I vividly remember the first time I listened to this album in full. I was laying in the dark on my bed in college, sober as can be, and Aquarius came on. I remember thinking almost immediately, "Wow! This is the most orange song I've ever seen." And I almost never see orange in music. You know what happened next...."Orange!" (mind blown)
