Smile Sign Cusps

Knowing little about Vedic, I'm hoping someone can describe for me the standard Vedic approach to Sign cusps. For example, does a Planet in the early or late Sign-postion receive a mix of 2 Signs' qualities from the proximity to a Sign boundary? Or, is it an entirely abrupt change-over with only one Sign's qualities at a time? Thanks!

Re: Sign Cusps

In Jyotish, the signs are not blending, either you are in or out of a sign.

Hello david starling,

Abrupt changes when a planet goes from a sign to the other, in Jyotish/vedic astrology.
Again a planet in earlier degrees is considered young and vice versa
