your mars is conjunct your north node. this is always symbolic that you have a strong aura/psychic energy around you. these etheric energies can be felt by others and sometimes people will sense before you come into a room or someone may just turn and suddenly look at you. whatever you experiences are, yes you have a energy that is more than your physical presence.
this aspect is usually very attractive to others.
this can be a sign of good luck as it shows that usually things turn out or go the way you want them to. but you have tio be "innocent". by that I mean you should put to many conditions on what you seek. all that is necessary is a loving heart that is open to the truth, and life in general will go for your betterment. .
